Repair Technician II

Our client, a leading organization in medical device support and repair, is seeking a Repair Technician II to join their team. As a Repair Technician II, you will be part of the Service Operations supporting the repair, refurbishment, and troubleshooting of infusion pumps. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and a strong technical aptitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Repair Technician II

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

Pay Range: $27.04

Shift: Mon-Fri | 8:00AM-5:00PM

What's the Job?

• Perform activities related to the repair, refurbishment, and upgrades of medical devices, specifically infusion pumps.
• Troubleshoot and analyze customer device returns to identify root causes of issues.
• Document repair, refurbishment, complaint investigations, and rework activities accurately in device tracking systems.
• Assist with out-of-box failure analysis, yield improvement activities, and technical investigations.
• Support training of new employees on key service processes, including PCI analysis and device history investigations.

What's Needed?

• High School diploma or GED; technical degree or experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing, service repair, or related environments.
• Proficiency with troubleshooting electronic/mechanical equipment, including reading schematics and using testing tools.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs and work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
