Monday - Friday 2pm - 6pm - PART TIME

Luxer One is looking for a professional personable organized and customer-focused individual to provide package management service to a luxury apartment building in the Militas CA area. Come join our growing team!

This service representative will help organize and maintain package reception rooms/locker systems at an apartment complex located in Milpitas CA. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week and perform various duties.

What Youll Do:

• Provide in-person support to residents having package questions/issues
• Log recently-delivered packages into the propertys automated package management system
• Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit
• Organize packages within the room to make it easier for residents to find their packages
• Identify aging/stale packages and prepare them to be returned to sender
• Email Correspondence with on-site residents and property staff
• Serve as a primary liaison between the property and the package management provider support team
• Deliver certain packages directly to residents doors
• Perform lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system

This is a part-time role but this role is also part of a new expanding service program with opportunities for growth as the program expands.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• Professional and Interpersonal. You will be working in an upscale apartment building and will be expected to build and establish positive friendly relationships with both property managers and residents.
• Access to reliable transportation (e.g. a personal car or access to Metro) Ideally the candidate would live in the South Bay or Menlo Park area.
• Comfortable using technology and writing emails (you will be using a digital package management system and Gmail)
• Good organizational and independent problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work effectively in environments with varying temperatures including heat and cold ensuring adherence to safety protocols
• Ability to move and arrange packages some of which may be bulky (up to but not exceeding 60 lbs)
• At least 18 years old.

Come join our growing team! The Liaison Package Handler will help organize and maintain package reception rooms and locker systems at apartment complexes located in the Downtown Miltipas area. The service rep will visit their assigned property/properties multiple times a week and perform various duties. As a Liaison Package Handler you will help maintain package rooms and locker systems at assigned multi-family properties within the Downtown Miltipas area. The Liaison Package Handler is responsible for establishing an on-site presence and maintaining/organizing the assigned sites package room independently and efficiently using our software. What Youll Do: Build and establish an on-site presence within your assigned properties by providing in-person and email support to on-site residents who have package related questions or account inquiries. Log recently-delivered packages into the propertys package management system/software. Deliver packages to resident doors or in-unit (60lbs MAX) Arrange and label packages on shelving so residents can locate them quickly and easily. Identify and address aging or stale packages through physical audits and software review to maintain system accuracy. Email Correspondence through Gmail with on-site residents property staff and your manager. Serve as a primary liaison between the property and Luxer One Support. Deliver specific packages directly to residents doors. (60lbs MAX) Perform or troubleshoot lightweight maintenance on the locker/package room management system hardware and software as needed. You are comfortable building positive friendly relationships with property managers and residents alike and you take pride in delivering excellent service.

Required Education:
