Senior Account Manager - Agriculture Poland

At Klim, we are building a movement together with farmers and companies to make regenerative agriculture scalable and impactful. As an AgriTech startup based in Berlin, we work with farmers to regenerate soils, promote biodiversity and sequester carbon – and through our platform, farmers receive fair compensation for doing so. Your mission Your mission is to drive the transformation of food supply chains toward sustainability by leading impactful projects, engaging and empowering farmers to adopt regenerative practices, building trusted partnerships and ensuring successful, results-oriented execution from strategy through to delivery. Your profile You are based in Poland. You have several years of professional experience and bring competencies in project management and regenerative agriculture. Ideally, you have experience with dairy and arable farming understanding their challenges. You grew up on a farm, completed an agricultural apprenticeship or degree. Agriculture is close to your heart and you understand the challenges of the industry. You have a thirst for knowledge about solutions and measures to overcome challenges in agriculture in a long-term and sustainable way and to implement these with farms. You enjoy working in a team, are happy to accept help, and make your skills available to the team. You enjoy and have a talent for direct personal, phone, and written communication with farmers. In doing so, you meet them at equal terms to find common ground and solutions. You are motivated by engaging with new fields and contributing to and helping build a new market. You can make decisions in the interest of the projects and enjoy finding practical solutions that can be implemented at short notice. You are fluent in Polish and English and ideally have a valid driving license. Please note this role is a full‑time position hired via our EOR Remote.
