Responsibilities Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the financial services sector. Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and community outreach. Collaborate with team members to create compelling marketing materials that highlight our unique company culture and growth opportunities. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with our organizational values and goals. Support new hires through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the team. Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for expanding our talent pool and enhancing our recruitment efforts. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our database system. Must be willing to obtain a license. Qualifications Ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse audiences through various channels, including social media and networking events. Must be willing to obtain a license. Must be coachable. High school diploma required (college degree is a plus). Must be 18 years or older. Must reside in the US. Must pass a financial criminal background check. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. No prior financial services experience required. Training provided. Applicants must be authorized to work and currently reside in the United States.
