Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced B2B Senior Business Development Manager to grow our US IT staffing and recruitment business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring clients, closing staffing agreements, and building long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients for IT staffing, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire recruitment services.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, talent acquisition leaders, procurement teams, and business decision-makers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery meetings, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure.
• Develop opportunities with direct clients, implementation partners, and MSP/VMS programs.
• Negotiate service agreements, billing rates, payment terms, and other commercial conditions within company guidelines.
• Partner with recruitment teams to align candidate delivery with client requirements.
• Grow existing accounts through repeat business, cross-selling, and additional hiring requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
• Achieve agreed targets for client acquisition, revenue, and gross margin.
• Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences as required.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of B2B business development or sales experience within the US IT staffing and recruitment industry.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients and generating staffing revenue.
• Strong understanding of contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and permanent recruitment models.
• Experience selling to US organizations and engaging senior decision-makers.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Ability to understand technical hiring needs and coordinate effectively with recruitment teams.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, LinkedIn prospecting, and sales outreach tools.
• Ability to independently manage a sales pipeline and meet business targets.
• Availability to work on-site in Warren, New Jersey.
