About the role As a Design Engineer, you'll own user experiences end-to-end, from product decisions to front-end engineering. You'll work directly with customers, influence product direction, and build the interfaces that define how millions of users interact with AI. This isn't a typical design or engineering role. You'll: Ship full features independently: engineer, build, and iterate based on real user feedback Work directly with customers: understand their needs deeply and validate solutions with them Shape product direction: your design and technical insights will directly influence how the product is built and what we roadmap items we prioritize Build in public: see your work used by users at some of the world's leading AI companies within days What we're looking for Strong design sensibility: you have excellent product intuition and can use tools like Figma or vibe-coding platforms to communicate and validate ideas Solid engineering chops: 3+ years building user-facing products with TypeScript (React/Next.js or similar frameworks) Customer empathy: you care deeply about understanding user needs and building delightful experiences High ownership: you want to own problems end-to-end, not just work on tickets Bonus points for Open source contributions or public projects that show your craft Experience building AI products or developer tools Strong opinions on what makes great product experiences Why join us High impact: your work will be used by millions of users at companies you admire Learning: work on cutting-edge AI technology with a fast, technical team Ownership: we're small enough that you'll have massive influence on product and company direction Growth: as an MTS, you're on a technical leadership track from day one #J-18808-Ljbffr
