Position Overview: This role is ideal for a compassionate, service-oriented professional who values patient care over pushing products. Sales are important but take a backseat to providing top-notch diagnostics and counseling. As a solo provider, you’ll have the full support of a PCC, allowing you to focus on delivering the best care possible. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine diagnostics and hearing assessments. Provide personalized counseling and care for each patient. Dispense hearing aids and related products. Focus on service-driven solutions, not just sales. Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary with performance-based bonuses. Realistic potential to hit 6 figures. Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, and PTO are included.
