Partner Tax Preparation Advisor ManagerThe Opportunity As a Partner Tax Preparation Advisor Manager, you will provide personalized tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals and privately-owned businesses. Within our Tax practice, you will focus on delivering strategic advice and guidance to clients, helping them navigate complex tax regulations and optimize their tax positions. This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, providing tailored solutions that align with their unique financial goals. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching and leveraging team members' unique strengths, managing performance to meet client expectations. For residents of Washington state the salary range for this position is: $73,500 - $244,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
