JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Production Worker in Flint, MI. Our client is a Powder Coating Facility . The Production Worker is responsible for loading and unloading parts onto the spindle line.

Responsibilities of a Production Worker includes :
- Consistently produce a product that meets the customer's specifications.
- Productivity: Consistently meet production standards.
- Operate ovens correctly and place parts according to customer instructions. Make sure that the proper time for
drying each part is observed.
- Properly install and remove tooling from the spindle line and clean and oil the drive chain.
- Maintain all cleaning standards and requirements.
- Make sure that all equipment and tools used in your work area are working properly.
- Complete all required paperwork and forms on time and accurately.

- 3 Shifts Available
- 1st Shift: 6:55am to 3:00pm
- 2nd Shift: 2:55pm to 11:00pm
- 3rd Shift: 10:55pm to 7:00am
Breaks 20 minute lunch and 10 minute break - not paid

Job Requirements of a Production Worker:

• Experience with working in a manufacturing facility a plus but not necessary
• Steel toed boots are required
• Pre-employment screening required
