MFM Follow-Up Facilitator One Mission Society Engaging the One to Reach the Many

The Follow-Up Facilitator for Men For Missions (MFM) is responsible for verifying that all appropriate Ministry Teams are assigned a leader to do a team briefing, a team de-briefing, and appropriate follow-up. Job Responsibilities Work closely with the MFM National Director and Director of Ministry Teams to establish and maintain guidelines and expectations for the follow-up program. Establish and maintain list of potential contacts that will assist in briefing, de-briefing, and follow-up. Work closely with the Ministry Team office to stay informed of all teams that are preparing to travel to an OMS field. Regularly communicate results of Follow-Up with Director of Ministry Teams and MFM USA National Director. Work closely with the OMS Mobilization Team to be informed of all available positions within OMS (homeland and field) that need filled. Work closely with MFM USA Regional Representatives and Associate Staff to keep them informed of needs within OMS, as well as working with them to match up potential candidates to OMS positions. Maintain statistics and data for all follow-up work completed and communicate said results with MFM Staff, Cabinet, and Associate Staff. Maintain all appropriate files for teams and team members. Job Qualifications Has the ability to meet and visit with people in a professional manner. Has a pleasant telephone voice and manner. Possesses at least a basic knowledge of current business practices. Possesses good communication skills, both oral and written. Possesses good organizational skills. Possesses good computer operation skills Has previously attended an MFM short-term trip (highly recommended) This in-person role in Greenwood, Indiana requires raising financial support through ministry partners for salary and related expenses. #J-18808-Ljbffr Missio Nexus
