This role is designed for a strategic organic growth leader who thrives at the intersection of SEO, AEO, and modern AI-driven search behavior. You will shape how a high-impact digital platform is discovered across Google, AI Overviews, and conversational engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini. The position blends deep technical SEO with content strategy, authority building, and community-driven growth across global markets. You will play a key role in improving visibility, authority, and conversion impact in highly competitive international search landscapes. Working in a fully remote, distributed environment, you'll collaborate closely with product, content, and engineering teams. This is a high-leverage role focused on prioritization, scalability, and measurable organic growth outcomes.

Accountabilities

You will define and execute a forward-looking SEO and AEO strategy that drives organic visibility across traditional search engines, AI-powered answers, and community platforms. You will identify high-impact keyword opportunities, shape content direction, and ensure strong alignment between search intent, business goals, and content production.

• Develop and lead SEO & AEO strategy across Google, AI Overviews, and conversational search platforms
• Improve semantic search performance through entity optimization, structured data, and answer engine alignment
• Drive keyword research and content strategy focused on high-value, conversion-oriented opportunities
• Collaborate with content, product marketing, and engineering teams to build authoritative, scalable content assets
• Own technical SEO improvements including site architecture, crawlability, indexation, internal linking, and Core Web Vitals
• Lead off-page SEO initiatives including backlinks, digital PR, and community-based authority building
• Expand organic reach across international markets including multilingual and localized SEO strategies
• Track performance across rankings, organic traffic, conversions, AI visibility, and backlink growth, continuously optimizing strategy based on data

Requirements

You bring extensive experience in SEO and organic growth, ideally within SaaS or high-growth digital environments, with a strong understanding of how modern search is evolving toward AI-driven discovery. You combine technical expertise with strategic thinking and a clear sense of prioritization and business impact.

• 8+ years of experience in SEO, content strategy, or organic growth roles
• Strong expertise in technical SEO, semantic SEO, keyword research, and search intent analysis
• Experience driving organic growth for SaaS or fast-scaling digital products
• Deep understanding of modern search ecosystems including AI-driven search and AEO concepts
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategy
• Experience with off-page SEO, PR, backlink strategies, and authority building
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across content, engineering, and product teams
• Bonus: experience with multilingual SEO, international markets, or mission-driven industries
