Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Database Administrator with strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle EBS technical upgrades .

Position: Oracle EBS Database Administrator

Experience: 8 10+ years

Location: Fully Remote

Key Requirements:

8+ years of Oracle Database Administration experience
7+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience
At least one full-cycle Oracle EBS technical upgrade from R12.1.x to R12.2.x required
Strong experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 architecture, ADOP/Online Patching, WebLogic, and dual file systems
Strong Oracle DBA experience with installation, patching, RMAN backup/recovery, cloning, performance tuning, and troubleshooting
Oracle APEX installation experience 5+ years preferred
Experience with EBS SCM and Financials modules, including understanding of data flows, dependencies, and upgrade impacts
Experience with BI Publisher, CEMLI retrofit activities, and EBS integrations
Experience with Oracle Critical Patch Updates (CPUs) and database security hardening
Experience with Data Guard/RAC, SSO/IAM, and performance testing is a plus

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end EBS upgrade, including pre-upgrade assessment, technical upgrade execution, Online Patching/ADOP configuration, database activities, testing, cutover, and post-go-live hypercare.

Important : We need candidates with full Oracle E-Business Suite experience and actual hands-on EBS upgrade experience, not just general Oracle DBA experience. SCM and Financials knowledge is needed at the technical/DBA level; functional configuration experience is not required.
