Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

Location: Marshfield, WI
Facility: North Shore Healthcare at Marshfield
Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team at Marshfield Health Services in Marshfield, Wisconsin.

This full-time Speech-Language Pathologist opportunity offers the chance to provide exceptional speech therapy services in a supportive, collaborative skilled nursing facility where your clinical expertise makes a meaningful impact every day.

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) , you will work with adult and geriatric patients to improve communication, cognition, swallowing function, and overall quality of life while collaborating with an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team focused on delivering high-quality patient care.

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy treatment plans.
• Provide skilled therapy interventions related to communication, cognition, voice, and dysphagia management.
• Complete assessments and make recommendations regarding swallowing safety and functional communication.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment strategies, safety recommendations, and compensatory techniques.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation according to company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Deliver compassionate, evidence-based speech-language pathology services.

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current Wisconsin Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required based on state regulations.
• Skilled nursing or rehabilitation experience preferred but not required.
• New graduates and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
