Hiring Immediately for 2nd Shift Warehouse Production Workers in Baytown, TX:

Inergroup is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Second Shift Warehouse Production Workers in Baytown, TX. As a Production Worker, you will safely and accurately stack different size boxes into or out of trailers, operate material loading equipment like hand trucks or pallet jacks, and complete other general labor tasks as needed.

Pay:

While working as a Warehouse Associate for Inergroup, you will earn weekly pay of $14 - $20+/hour + other great benefits! This position pays a regular hourly rate of $14 and you will be able to earn an additional $5+ per hour based on production incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Unload containers by hand, repalletize products, and load into warehouse racks or semi trucks.

• Ensure product is sorted, baled, weighed, loaded and recycled based on customer specifications

• Operate equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks and meet daily goals.

• Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure work environment.

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift up-to 50 lbs repeatedly during entire shift.

• Must be capable of standing for the entire duration of the shift and walking throughout the warehouse.

• Ability to follow both verbal and written instructions accurately.

• Strong work ethic and a commitment to attendance.

• Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
