Assistant Project ManagerA general contractor is seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support a residential/mixed-use project in North Miami. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who can help drive documentation, coordination, and procurement while supporting both the project office and field team in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport PM and field team with submittals, RFIs, meeting minutes, and procurement trackingMaintain logs for RFIs, submittals, changes, permits, inspections, and closeout itemsAssist with buyout processes, scope comparisons, and cost documentationCoordinate with accounting, subcontractors, and internal teams on contracts and pay applicationsSupport punch, closeout, O&M documentation, and turnover readinessQualificationsExperience as a Project Engineer, APM, or Project Coordinator with a GC/CMExposure to multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, or commercial vertical constructionStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesProficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and ExcelDegree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferredBilingual (English/Spanish) is a plusBenefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insuranceVision insurance
