Key Responsibilities Greet, register, and collect patient information accurately. Schedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments. Answer calls professionally and address patient inquiries. Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing questions. Maintain organized, compliant patient records. Complete pre-visit preparations and reminders. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare-related education preferred. Proficiency with electronic health records and scheduling software. Strong communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills. Knowledge of medical insurance, billing, and healthcare compliance standards. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information This role involves standing, reaching, and occasional lifting.
