As a Security Officer Front Desk in Lowell, AR , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Front Desk Officer in a manufacturing and industrial location, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and vendors. In this stationary role, you will help support access management, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and vendors at the front desk, following site-specific policies and security-related procedures for a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Monitor access to the lobby and reception area by checking identification, managing visitor sign-in records, issuing visitor badges, and communicating entry guidelines to guests and/or contractors.
• Answer phones, support basic administrative and front desk activities, and direct visitors and/or deliveries to the appropriate department in a professional manner.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as appropriate.
• Observe front desk activity and camera or alarm notifications as assigned, document security-related concerns, and help to deter unauthorized access through visible front desk presence and consistent screening practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
