Sonsoft Inc. is growing at a steady pace specializing in the fields of Software Development, Software Consultancy and Information Technology Enabled Services.Job DescriptionProject Management experience – independently anchor testing programs and manage all stakeholders and client relationshipTest Automation expertise – Selenium expertise including Framework design and development in Agile environmentExpertise in core JavaDefine, manage and maintain Functional Test Automation and framework development in Selenium/Appium/ProtractorWorking experience in other types of testing like services, DB, performance, security testing and applicable automation tools in these testing types.Experience with Agile testing7+ years of testing experience with hands on Selenium experience of 4 years or more. Exposure to both web, mobile, services and DB automationDefine coordinated and iterative test strategy; create and maintain test strategy across different tiers and E2E.Experience in project planning, including, quality plan, risk plan, resource/capacity planning.Experience in handling change management across projects.Reviews the project deliverables of the team across the testing life cycle.Strong communication skills - Ability to communicate and document status and complex issues effectivelyStrong documentation skills – Ability to create clear, concise, detailed project artifacts that meet the standards of the Software Quality Management processAbility to work in Onsite – Offshore modelResponsible for all the deliverables in the project. Consolidate project status in Weekly status reports that are shared to clientWorking knowledge on Black-Box Testing following the Waterfall model, V model and Agile Methodology as well.7+ years of experience with SDLC5+ years of Test Automation Development experience with open source and market-leading vended solutions4+ years of experience with Agile testingExperience in problem solving, risk mitigation and providing innovative solutions to improve the metrics of the project.Working knowledge on Test Management, Test strategizing, People management, Test Estimations and ROI analysis for automationWorking Knowledge on ALM/JIRA as part of Test Management activitiesCertifications - INS or LOMA Certified (Desired), ISTQB (Desired)Work Responsibilities include - Business Requirement Analysis, Effort estimation & Scheduling, Resource planning, Risk planning, Quality metrics planning, Test Management, Test Plans and Strategy review, Test Case review, Test Data strategy, Test Execution review, Test Reporting, Defect Management, Co-ordination activitiesAnalytical and Communication skillsExperience and desire to work in a Global delivery environmentQualificationsBachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
