How You'll Contrib uteAs a Data Center + Mission Critical Superintend ent, you'll lead field operations for complex, high-stakes projects that require precision, coordination, and calm under pressure. You'll be a key member of our project leadership team from groundbreaking to closeo ut. Project Oversight & Leader shipLead daily on-site construction activities for team members and trade partn ers.Oversee multiple projects and ensure all phases meet schedule, quality, and safety standa rds.Communicate job expectations clearly to all field personnel and partn ers.Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve schedule or coordination iss ues. Planning & Exec utionSchedule field staff and ensure appropriate trade partner manpower to meet project milest ones.Facilitate pull planning/LPS system to ensure the quality of schedule and milest ones.Facilitate weekly foreman meetings and maintain detailed jobsite rec ords.Plan for and schedule materials, equipment, and inspect ions.Ensure timely completion of punch lists and successful project turn over. MEP & Technical Exp ertiseInterpret MEP design drawings and specifications with confi dence.Lead and coordinate medium-voltage and shutdown mee tings.Understand the inspection and permitting processes in mission-critical environ ments.Communication & Collabo rationAct as a hospitable point of contact for clients, design partners, trade partners, and internal teams.Provide consistent updates to project management and facilitate field-to-office communic ation. What You I'll Bring5+ years of experience as a superintendent or General Foreman in commercial construction or MEP Cons truction.Previous construction experience building Data Centers or Mission Critical Envi ronments.Proficiency with MEP systems, medium-voltage coordination, and shutdown p rotocols.Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, trade scopes, and site l ogistics.A humble, team-oriented approach and the ability to manage several tasks at once while keeping a cool head when things g et tough.Confidence in reading plans, coordinating teams, and adapting t o change.OSHA certi fication.Proficiency with scheduling software, construction platforms like Procore, Google tools, Microsoft Office tools, and Apple devices.Ability to maintain a satisfactory Motor Vehicl e Record.
