Legal Recruiting Coordinator

Our client is a prestigious law firm in Manhattan and they are looking for a Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Support law student recruiting, including preparing interview materials, greeting candidates, tracking data in recruiting systems, scheduling interviews and return visits, drafting offer letters, and assisting with offer outreach and events
• Partner with attorney recruiting leaders to plan law school events, coordinate student organization sponsorships, and manage candidate follow-up. Occasional campus travel may be required
• Coordinate the summer associate program, including onboarding, events, evaluations, scheduling, event materials, and RSVPs
• Provide administrative support, including HR system data entry and new hire records
• Assist with lateral, clerk, international, and visiting attorney recruiting as needed
• Manage special projects such as candidate gifts, recruiting website content, onboarding resources, surveys, and attorney profiles
• Contribute to professional development and training initiatives as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2+ years of coordination experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment
• Law firm experience is a plus
• Professional services experience is required
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior attorneys
• Able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

The salary range for this role is $65,000-$85,000, commensurate with experience.
