Dental AssistantWe are seeking a reliable and patient-focused Dental Assistant to support our dental team. This role is responsible for assisting dentists during procedures, preparing patients for treatment, and ensuring a smooth and efficient clinical workflow. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, compassionate, and experienced in maintaining a high standard of patient care.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist dentists during a variety of dental procedures, including exams, cleanings, fillings, and extractionsPrepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials prior to patient visitsTake and develop dental X-rays in accordance with safety regulationsSterilize instruments and maintain infection control standardsGreet, prepare, and educate patients on procedures and post-care instructionsAccurately document patient information, charting, and treatment updates in the EMR systemManage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure operatory readinessCollaborate with dental providers and front office staff to support patient flow and schedulingQualificationsDental Assistant diploma from accredited universityMinimum 1 year of dental assisting experience preferredKnowledge of dental terminology, procedures, and infection control protocolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environmentRDA- up to 26.93/hrDA-up to 23.41/hrJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Vacaville, CA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
