Position Title: Residential Construction Superintendent The Residential Construction Superintendent plays a crucial role in overseeing the construction of high‑end luxury homes. This position requires a hands‑on approach, as the superintendent will lead subcontractors and internal staff on various projects, ensuring quality and efficiency. Responsibilities include managing multiple job sites, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clean and organized work environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a commitment to client satisfaction. A focus on teamwork and a humble attitude are essential for success in this role.
