About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aesthetic Nurse Injector who is passionate about natural, preventative aesthetics. In this role, you will deliver injectable treatments, guide patients through customized treatment plans, and support our mission of science-based, non-surgical solutions.
Responsibilities

• Perform neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables, and related treatments
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate charting and uphold all safety standards
• Educate patients on aftercare, expectations, longevity, and preventative strategies
• Assist with device-based treatments as needed (experience preferred but not required)
• Ensure a premium patient experience and maintain strong patient relationships
• Support practice goals, retention efforts, and overall clinic success

Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in California
• 2+ years of aesthetic injecting experience preferred
• Experience with aesthetic devices (energy-based or otherwise) is a plus, not required
• Strong facial assessment skills and understanding of anatomy
• Professional, patient-centered communication style
• Passion for prevention-focused aesthetics and natural, high-quality outcomes
