As part of our FPA team, youll play a key role in driving financial insights, shaping strategy, and supporting the growth of our banking business. Youll partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that help us make better decisions, faster./ppThe ideal candidate has experience working on consumer banking, lending, and/or neobanking products. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence strategy through rigorous analysis and a deep understanding of the business./ph3Responsibilities/h3ulliLead financial reporting, forecasting, and planning activities to support business performance and long-term strategy/liliBuild and maintain complex financial models to evaluate product launches, growth initiatives, cost saving initiatives and operational investments/liliAnalyze key trends and metrics across member behavior, funnel performance, cost structure, and unit economics/liliDevelop insights and recommendations that help shape product strategy and guide leadership decisions/liliPartner closely with Product, Risk, Operations, Marketing, and Analytics teams to develop, understand and track their execution plans against goals/liliImprove the accuracy and scalability of forecasting processes, dashboards, and key performance indicators/liliIdentify emerging risks and opportunities and articulate their impact to stakeholders/liliImprove predictability of the business by continuously automating and scaling forecast processes and methodologies/li/ulh3Qualifications/h3ulli4-7 years of experience in FPA, strategic finance, investment banking, or analytics, ideally within a fintech, neobank, or consumer financial services environment/liliStrong knowledge of GSuite, MS Office and Looker, Tableau or similar data visualization tools/liliStrong business financial acumen with understanding of neobanking unit economics, including customer acquisition funnels, cohort behavior, funding costs, and transaction and risk losses/liliProven ability to build complex financial models, including forecasting frameworks that incorporate member growth, churn, loss curves, and operational scale/liliHigh attention to detail with strong judgment, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to accuracy in a rapidly evolving business/liliAbility to synthesize data, structure a concise presentation of findings, and articulate recommendations to a range of stakeholders/liliAbility to be resourceful and creative in problem solving when necessary to move projects forward tactically/li/ulpIntuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach.
