We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (DON) to lead clinical operations at a well-run skilled nursing facility in Winchester, Virginia. Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Virginia (required) Skilled nursing experience (required) 3+ years of experience as a Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing setting (required) Strong knowledge of clinical compliance, quality measures, and regulatory standards Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing teams The Ideal Candidate The ideal Director of Nursing is hands-on, accountable, and deeply invested in clinical excellence.
