Overview
Everyday Coffee Company is scaling aggressively, opening hundreds of Dunkin’ locations annually nationwide. To support this growth, we are building a high-performance talent acquisition engine focused on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
We are seeking a dedicated Talent Sourcer to support high-volume hiring for Restaurant Managers, Shift Leaders, and frontline team members across multiple markets. This role focuses on building candidate pipelines, sourcing talent proactively, and supporting full-cycle recruiters in delivering consistent hiring results.
The ideal candidate thrives in high-volume recruiting environments and is energized by building talent pipelines at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Sourcing & Pipeline Development
- Proactively source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and local outreach
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for Restaurant Managers and frontline roles
- Conduct initial outreach and screening calls
- Pre-qualify candidates before recruiter handoff
Recruiting Operations
- Manage candidate data within the ATS (e.g., Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo)
- Track sourcing metrics and pipeline health
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers
- Support hiring events and local recruiting campaigns
Employer Branding
- Post and manage job ads across platforms
- Support social recruiting and local marketing initiatives
- Represent ECC at job fairs and community events (as needed)
Qualifications
Required
- 1–3 years of recruiting or sourcing experience
- High-volume hiring experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with ATS platforms (Paradox, iCIMS, Taleo, etc.)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage high candidate volume
Preferred
- Experience in QSR, retail, or hospitality recruiting
- Experience sourcing for multi-state or multi-unit organizations
- Experience with AI sourcing tools or automation platforms
