Requirements:
Active Ohio RN License
Minimum 3 Years Hospice Experience Required
Current BLS Certification
EPIC Proficiency Required
Valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance

Schedule:
• 1 Night/Week: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Inpatient Hospice Unit)
• 2 Nights/Week: 7:30 PM – 8:00 AM (Hospice Home Care)
• Every 3rd Weekend Required
• No Call Required
• Holiday Coverage Required
