Global Logistics Consultant - Strategic Accounts

Cencora

Global logistics consultant supporting strategic accounts within Cencora's World Courier business. Responsible for account setup, maintenance workflows, compliance documentation, order resolution, and process improvement to ensure service continuity and audit readiness.

Responsibilities

Coordinate strategic account setup and maintenance workflows for accurate configuration and timely activation
Maintain approvals, documentation, and system records to ensure compliance and audit readiness
Monitor account activity and escalate exceptions to protect service levels and order continuity
Resolve routine inquiries and service issues while escalating complex matters appropriately
Develop reference materials and process guidance to improve customer communication consistency

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, procurement, operations, or related field
Less than 2 years experience in account onboarding, procurement, or service workflow coordination
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Strong attention to detail and strategic thinking with efficient execution
Advanced written and verbal communication skills
High proficiency with business systems and computer applications
Stakeholder relationship management and independent problem-solving abilities
