Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant / Registered Nurse Join our team and help redefine aesthetic medicine in New Jersey. Ethos Aesthetics + Wellness is a distinguished high‑end medical spa renowned for providing top‑tier aesthetic and wellness services. We combine medical expertise with a luxury spa environment to serve discerning clientele. This position is available at any of our New Jersey locations.
THE ROLE
Key Responsibilities Client Consultations & Assessments Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to understand their aesthetic goals, medical history, and any underlying health conditions Provide expert guidance and recommendations for suitable treatments based on individual client needs Advanced Aesthetic Treatments Administer a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, such as injectables, laser procedures, and other non‑surgical interventions, with precision and expertise Ensure treatments are performed safely and effectively, utilizing the latest techniques and technologies Customized Treatment Plans Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client, ensuring optimal results while prioritizing their safety and satisfaction Collaborate with the spa team, including aestheticians, front desk staff, and other medical professionals, to provide comprehensive and cohesive care Communicate effectively with clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and providing post‑treatment care instructions Continual Learning & Skill Advancement Stay updated on the latest advancements in medical aesthetics, attending relevant workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance expertise and proficiency Compliance & Safety Adhere to all regulatory requirements, maintaining a safe and sterile environment for all procedures Ensure accurate documentation and proper charting of client treatments and outcomes Client Education Educate clients on pre and post‑procedure care, expected outcomes, and potential risks or side effects associated with treatments Provide detailed information on skincare routines and products to support post‑treatment care Quality Assurance Monitor treatment outcomes and client satisfaction, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results Professional Development Engage in ongoing professional development, seeking opportunities for additional certifications or specializations in medical aestheticsQUALIFICATIONS
What We’re Looking For Required Valid state licensure as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Associate, or Registered Nurse Board certification in a relevant field (e.g., Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Aesthetic Medicine) Proven experience in medical aesthetics, with a focus on advanced injectables and aesthetic procedures Preferred Previous experience in a high‑end medical spa or luxury aesthetic practice Strong aesthetic eye and proficiency in utilizing advanced technologies for aesthetic treatments #J-18808-Ljbffr Ethos Aesthetics + WellnessVacancy posted 3 days ago
