Assistant General Manager/Director Of Fitness & ProgrammingAre you an experienced manager and a driven fitness hospitality leader who thrives on building teams, driving financial success, creating excellent member experiences, and holding high standards?Hawthorn Farm Athletic Club may be the perfect fit for you!We are looking for a business-minded leader to help strengthen daily club leadership and continue to grow our Fitness and Programming departments.This leader works closely with ownership and two other AGMs, the Director of Facilities, and the Director of Member Services. This leader oversees growth in fitness, group exercise, and additional programming teams. Responsibilities include staff training and accountability, member experience, revenue budgets, expense management, KPI reporting, payroll accuracy, and operations.To be considered, applicants must understand the fitness industry, enjoy being visible on the floor, and know how to lead people with professionalism, warmth, structure, and follow-through.
