Overview: Hello Professionals,Hope you are doing well, kindly go through the below JD and revert back ASAP.**Job Role: Workday HCM****Location: Onsite in NYC****Duration: 12+ Months.**- Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.- **10+ years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or related roles.**- Proven experience with at least 2 full Workday HCM implementations.- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.- **Workday certification in HCM or related modules is preferred.**- Experience with data migration and integration tools is a plus.
