Lead Business Analyst

Job TitlePay Range: $64hr - $69hrJob DescriptionLead the analysis and interpretation of business needs by gathering, documenting, and validating functional and non-functional requirements. Provide strategic direction, coaching, and mentorship to junior analysts while overseeing deliverables. Facilitate requirements analysis, design reviews, and validation sessions to ensure alignment with business objectives. Drive user acceptance testing activities including planning, execution, and issue resolution. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system issues and develop effective solutions. Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, systems, and requirements. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes. Support business process inquiries and provide guidance on systems and policies.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements. Lead requirements workshops, validation sessions, and design reviews. Oversee user acceptance testing and ensure successful release outcomes. Identify and resolve system and process issues in collaboration with stakeholders. Develop detailed documentation aligned with organizational standards. Monitor project status and manage risks and priorities. Mentor and guide junior analysts to ensure quality deliverables. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide updates.Requirement/Must HaveBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Finance, or related field. Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business analysis or related roles. Strong expertise in requirements gathering and documentation. Experience leading and mentoring analysts. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.ExperienceMinimum 8 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, testing, or related analytical roles.Should HaveMaster’s degree preferred. Experience delivering high-quality solutions in complex environments. Strong understanding of business analysis best practices. Experience in coaching and mentoring teams.
