Position Summary The Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist will provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents. Beyond clinical excellence, this physician will contribute to innovative models of integrated, whole-person care as a core member of our growing practice. Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Evaluation: Conduct thorough assessments utilizing clinical interviews, developmental evaluations, and evidence-based diagnostic tools. Individualized Treatment Planning: Develop personalized plans integrating medication management, psychotherapy, trauma-informed interventions, nutrition, and lifestyle optimization. Collaborative Care: Partner closely with a multidisciplinary team—including pediatricians, nutritionists, and behavioral health coaches—to address biological and environmental factors. Family Empowerment: Educate parents and caregivers on diagnoses, emotional regulation, and long-term wellness strategies. Clinical Innovation: Participate in the continued development of Beryllium’s program through quality improvement initiatives and clinical discussions. Qualifications Required: MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. Active Massachusetts medical license (or ability to obtain). DEA registration (or eligibility). Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered, and collaborative care. Preferred: Experience treating ADHD, anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, autism spectrum, and mood disorders. Interest in lifestyle medicine, integrative psychiatry, or whole-person care. Entrepreneurial spirit with an interest in helping build a growing practice. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate: $200 per hour.
