Responsibilities: • Maximize profits by selling more and providing upgrades to guests to ensure they are completely satisfied • Manage schedules, file important documents, and communicate relevant information from the sales team to stakeholders and hotel departments • Perform an initial pitch to a list of business and referral prospects based on your research and networking • Present prospective clients with sales presentations and other materials that promote event space, dining options, and facility features • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests Qualifications: • Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities • Good organization and time management skills • This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role • Proven track record of sales success • Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a similar field is a plus Compensation: $20 - $21 hourly
