Hiring an HR Manager to lead recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and accounting support. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in HR, payroll, and administrative accounting within a fast-paced operations/logistics environment.

Responsibilities

The Human Resources Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions while supporting payroll, accounting, and administrative operations within the company. This role manages recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, policy compliance, payroll processing, and personnel records while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws. Additionally, the HR Manager assists with accounts payable and receivable, financial recordkeeping, reporting, budgeting support, and other administrative functions that contribute to the efficient operation of the organization. The position serves as a key liaison between employees and leadership, promoting a productive workplace, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting the company's operational and financial objectives.
