This is a hourly position with work hours from 7:00 AM to 4pm or 8am - 5pm with 1 hour lunch and two paid 15 minute breaks, earning a competitive wage of $30 - $35/hr depending on experience. Essential Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and daily bookkeeping activities, including monitoring bank accounts and processing customer payments.
• Process accounts payable invoices and vendor payments.
• Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
• Prepare and file monthly sales tax reports.
• Assist with payroll processing and general accounting support.
• Maintain organized financial records and provide documentation upon request.
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
• Send monthly customer statements.
• Manage accounting functions using QuickBooks and ServiceTitan.
• Maintain current subcontractor Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and subcontractor agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience required
• QuickBooks experience is required
• Sales tax experience is required
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Professional communication and organizational skills
