This role is ideal for a chiropractor who enjoys  patient care, education, relationship-building, and making a meaningful impact in a high-volume environment . You'll have the opportunity to care for a large and diverse patient population while building a loyal patient base.

• Base Pay: $35–$40/hour

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality, efficient full-spine chiropractic care in a high-volume walk-in environment
• Take the time to  listen to patients, understand their goals, and help them understand how chiropractic care can support their health and wellness
• Educate patients on their care recommendations and the importance of consistency and long-term wellness
• Build genuine, trusting relationships that encourage patients to stay committed to their care
• Create a positive patient experience from the moment a patient walks through the door
• Partner closely with the Wellness Coordinator to ensure patients feel welcomed, informed, and supported
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinic culture

What We're Looking For

• Active Texas Chiropractic License
• Strong manual adjusting skills ( Diversified required; Thompson/Activator helpful )
• Experience in high-volume chiropractic care preferred
• Comfortable treating 50–60+ patients per day as you build into the role
• A confident, compassionate communicator who can educate without making patients feel pressured
• Strong ability to build trust and meaningful patient relationships
• Belief in the value of consistent chiropractic and wellness care
• Growth-minded, coachable, and comfortable working within an established system
