Role Overview Role Overview: Seeking a Cardiothoracic Surgery Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative team of surgeons and APPs. Key Responsibilities Provide full scope cardiothoracic surgery support, including first assist in the OR, inpatient rounding, and clinic duties. Proficiency in endoscopic vein harvesting is required. The program handles approximately 300 cases annually. Qualifications & Skills Experience in cardiothoracic surgery, strong surgical assistance skills, and ability to perform endoscopic vein harvesting. Excellent teamwork and clinical skills are essential. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary ($195,000 - $215,000), comprehensive benefits, sign-on and relocation assistance, and 6 weeks of paid time off annually.
