NMC Health is proud to be an award-winning healthcare organization serving the Wichita Metro Area. We are currently seeking a Clinic Manager to join our team and lead operations at our Park City Family Medicine location.

As Family Medicine Clinic Manager, you will provide oversight and supervision to both the operational and administrative functions of the clinic. You will lead a team to ensure efficient, high-quality patient services and collaborate with various departments to maintain smooth clinic operations.

• Supervise and manage all clinic staff and day-to-day operations.

• Monitor revenue cycle and ensure accurate data collection for billing and collections.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations.

• Review physician activity data and support clinic planning and forecasting.

• Monitor patient services, including workflow and scheduling efficiency.

• Interview, hire, orient, and evaluate clinic staff; manage performance reviews and disciplinary processes.

• Collaborate with providers and internal teams to resolve operational issues.

• Promote a culture of high-quality care, patient safety, and staff engagement.

• Lead projects related to space planning, renovations, and emergency preparedness.

• VP of Clinic Operations

• Collaborates with: Physicians, administrative staff, and senior leadership

• Baccalaureate degree required (nursing preferred)

• Nursing license or other clinic-related degree highly preferred

• Certification in Clinic Administration is desirable

• Minimum of 2 years' clinic administrative experience required

• At least 5 years' experience in a clinic setting strongly preferred

• Knowledge of coding, billing, and revenue cycle processes

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to analyze problems, develop solutions, and implement change

• Familiarity with medical coding, billing regulations, and healthcare compliance

• Experience in cost containment, staffing, scheduling, and policy development

• Current active RN license preferred (or eligibility for licensure, depending on educational background)
