Clinical Pharmacist Consultant (Hybrid) - PBM - Montvale, NJ


HealthCare Support is seeking a strategic, client-focused Clinical Pharmacist Consultant to join a growing PBM organization. In this highly collaborative role, you'll serve as a trusted clinical advisor to clients, helping develop pharmacy benefit and clinical strategies that improve outcomes, manage drug spend, and deliver measurable value.

Schedule

• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

Compensation

• $120,000-$191,000 base salary
• Up to 10% annual bonus opportunity

Daily Responsibilities :

• Serve as the clinical expert and trusted advisor for assigned client accounts, providing guidance on pharmacy benefit design, formularies, clinical programs, population health, and cost trends. Partner cross-functionally with clinical, analytics, underwriting, prior authorization, formulary, and client teams to support account performance, new client implementations, and ongoing clinical strategy.

Required Qualifications:

• Active NJ Pharmacist License
• 5+ years of PBM, clinical account management, or healthcare consulting experience
• PBM experience required
• Strong knowledge of pharmacy benefit design, clinical programs, and population health
