Supervise PTAs and support staff (therapy technicians). Bill within the facility following applicable guidelines. Comply with the rules and regulations of the respective physical therapy board and state laws. Collaborate with medical center personnel and physicians to ensure team‑focused plans of care. Utilize adaptive equipment as needed. Modify plans of care based on patient condition changes. Use the medical center's computer systems for daily tasks. Document accurately and timely in accordance with state and insurance guidelines. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of experience; 1 year preferred (exceptional candidates with 6 months may be considered). BLS certification. State‑specific licensing. Physical ability to stand, walk, bend, lean, and stoop for extended periods. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology, and medical terminology.
