We are hiring a Leasing Associate who is dedicated, personable, and passionate about helping people find their perfect homes. Schedule: Thursday - Monday, Weekdays 9 am – 6 pm and Weekends 10 am – 5 pm Location: Four Lakes - 6821 Udall Pl SE, Auburn, WA 98092 Responsibilities Warmly welcome visitors and help match them with their ideal apartments. Clearly explain community policies to prospective residents. Engage with both prospective and current residents throughout the day, ensuring they are informed, supported, and satisfied. Serve as an ambassador for the community by showcasing amenities and promoting a positive living experience. Take pride in helping individuals find their new homes and contributing to a thriving residential community. Demonstrate professionalism and excellence in every interaction. Qualifications A minimum of two years sales experience; hospitality or property management background preferred.
