Brand Marketing Intern: Build an AI-Driven Mom Brand

Role Description The Brand Marketing Intern will support the development and execution of brand and marketing initiatives that amplify the ai.moms™ mission and engage our community of working mothers. This internship role is based on‑site in New York, United States, and will involve collaborating closely with marketing and community teams to help shape messaging and visual identity across channels. Day‑to‑day tasks may include assisting with content creation for social media, email, and campaigns; supporting event and program promotion; conducting market and audience research; and helping manage community engagement and feedback. The intern will also work on organizing assets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing reports or presentations that inform brand strategy decisions. This role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing, mission‑driven startup environment, with opportunities to learn about AI, modern marketing practices, and community‑led brand building. Qualifications Foundational marketing knowledge, with an interest in brand building, digital marketing, and community‑led growth. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging, and inclusive messaging. Experience or coursework in social media management, content creation, or basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is beneficial. Comfort with technology and curiosity about AI tools, platforms, and workflows; willingness to learn and experiment. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work respectfully and effectively in diverse teams and with varied stakeholders. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Media, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
