PRN Phlebotomist-Ocala

Labcorp seeks a PRN phlebotomist for a patient service center in Ocala, Florida. The role involves performing blood collections, specimen processing, patient registration, and customer service on a flexible, as-needed schedule of up to 19 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
• Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol testing
• Enter patient data accurately and process billing information
• Prepare specimens for testing and maintain specimen logs
• Provide customer service and perform administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Phlebotomy certification or completed accredited training program
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• Reliable transportation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service orientation
