Work schedule is Monday through Friday, with varying hours between 7:30am and 5:00pm. No weekend shifts are required. Ideal Candidate Attributes Customer service / professionalism Attention to detail Strong interpersonal communication skills Computer proficiency Experience with Microsoft applications Familiarity with healthcare systems Job Summary Provides Building Services support to System and Network entities on the Corporate Square campus to contribute to satisfaction, safety, and financial goals. Primary Responsibilities Picks up and processes incoming, outgoing, and internal mail for multiple buildings on the campus. Performs housekeeping and building services duties as assigned. Maintains the coffee bar and lunchroom and orders necessary supplies. Coordinates maintenance requests and conference room scheduling. Conducts regular cleanliness and maintenance inspections. Meets with contractors when necessary and appropriate. Provides relief support to the reception/switchboard. Performs other duties as assigned. Education High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience Experience No experience required Physical Requirements Constant standing and walking. Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs. Frequent reaching and gripping. Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors. Occasional bending, stooping, climbing, kneeling, squatting, twisting and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements. Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs. Occasional use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication. Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc. Occasional use of smell to detect/recognize odors. Rare crawling, sitting and keyboard use/data entry.
