HR Business Partner

Piper Companies is seeking an HR Business Partner to join a leading global financial services organization in Wayne, PA. This is a hybrid work environment. This role will support HR Business Partners across multiple business units and play a key role in driving employee relations initiatives, supporting HR transformation efforts, and fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Responsibilities of the HR Business Partner Support multiple HR Business Partners across various business functions and initiatives. Handle employee relations cases, including performance management, investigations, terminations, and workplace concerns. Partner with HR and leadership to develop and implement retention strategies and employee engagement initiatives. Assist with HR transformation projects and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across the HR function. Maintain accurate and confidential HR/ER documentation and case records. Provide guidance on employee relations matters while ensuring compliance with company policies and employment laws. Support employee-related projects and administrative HR initiatives within a fast-paced environment. Knowledge & Qualifications for the HR Business Partner 2–4+ years of HR experience, with a focus on employee relations. Hands‑on experience with performance management, investigations, and terminations. Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Experience working in a matrixed or global organization preferred. Financial services industry experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
