Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our dynamic Settlement Services Team . As a leader in risk management and settlement administration, our team provides innovative solutions to complex legal matters. The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects related to consumer cases, ensuring timely and efficient disbursements. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of class action settlement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams, legal counsel, and external vendors to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and ensure proper management of timelines and deliverables.
• Regularly communicate with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve any issues, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with expectations.
• Analyze and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects are completed within scope and without delays.
• Supervise and mentor junior project management staff, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements throughout the settlement process.
• Manage settlement distributions, tracking, and reporting, ensuring transparency and accuracy.
• Develop and manage budgets, including forecasting and tracking costs to maintain profitability.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of project management experience in class action settlements, consumer litigation, or similar fields.
• Proven expertise in managing complex legal or settlement-related projects.
• Strong understanding of class action lawsuit processes and settlement administration.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, JIRA, or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; PMP certification preferred.
