What You'll Do
As an Experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems while providing exceptional service to our customers.

Responsibilities include:

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
• Troubleshoot HVAC equipment issues using electrical and diagnostic tools
• Diagnose heating, cooling, and refrigeration system issues
• Educate customers on system operation, repair options, and recommendations
• Complete work orders, invoices, and documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked service vehicle
• Communicate professionally with customers, teammates, and leadership
• Deliver exceptional customer service on every visit

HVAC Technician Qualifications

• Residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential heating and cooling systems
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical HVAC components
• EPA certification preferred
• Valid driver's license

Requirements

• Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment

Our office is located at 4127 Manchester Highway in McMinnville TN. Our lead HVAC Residential Service Technicians will be able to take their trucks/vans home and will be dispatched from there.
