Youth Employment Specialist - IPS & Community Impact

LifeWorks Austin is seeking an Employment Specialist to join the Workforce Development team. The role provides community-based supported employment and education services to youth and young adults using the IPS model to promote recovery and meaningful employment aligned with individual goals. The position is full-time, non-exempt, with benefits including PTO, holidays, health plan with HSA, and retirement match.
