Patient Services Associate

Our client, a leading healthcare provider, is seeking a Patient Services Associate to join their team. As a Patient Services Associate, you will be part of the Office department supporting clinical and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and strong attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Patient Services Associate

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: $18/hr.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

What's the Job?

Greet and obtain required information from patients at the time of arrival
Arrive patients in Cadence and communicate EKG and Echo only arrivals
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate areas
Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments efficiently
Manage the recall list and process clinic paperwork

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or GED
0 - 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting
Exemplary interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently, prioritize, and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
